The event, sponsored by Lockton, Ligtas and Swaine Allen Solicitors saw teams climb, abseil, trek, weasel, orienteer, and problem-solve their way through the beautiful Peak District.

‘Race for the Peak’ follows on from last year’s hugely successful ‘The Lake Escape’, which raised money for the mental health charity Mind.

Sophie Wisdom, National Head of Operational Service Lines at LSH, took part in the event and comments:

“This was a really challenging event and everyone who took part should be proud of their efforts, both on the day, and in raising funds for Cancer Research UK. The work that Cancer Research UK do is vital, and I hope that the generous donations we have received will empower them to continue their critical mission.
