The Commercial Property Management team at LSH grows even stronger as they welcome three new team members to the London office. Derek Adekola, Brandon Foran and Elena Voronova have joined the team as Associate Director, Senior Surveyor and Surveyor respectively.

Derek Adekola

With a total of 16 years of experience as an Associate Director, managing complex property portfolios for Stiles Harold Williams and JLL before that, Derek brings a wealth of expertise in property management, treasury, professional services, and facilities management.

Brandon Foran

With six years of experience at Gerald Eve LLP, Brandon began with them as an apprentice and has since completed a degree in Real Estate Management. Brandon’s most recent experience has been in Aviation as Property Asset Manager for Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport. He joins us as a Senior Surveyor.

Elena Voronova

Elena, who joins us as a Surveyor, has a diverse background in property management and consultancy, bringing extensive experience in leasehold systems, valuation, and property finance. Elena joins us from Graham and Sibbald, where she managed a mixed-use portfolio with a rental income exceeding £5 million.
