Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) Residential, a leading provider of property management services, has been appointed by Broadway Living Ltd, a subsidiary of Ealing Council, and its subsidiary Broadway Living Registered Provider, to manage a growing portfolio of properties across the borough.
The portfolio, which comprises 150 properties across seven developments, is expected to expand over the life of the contract and will include social rented, shared ownership and market rented homes. New opportunities to grow the portfolio are also being pursued.
Following a competitive tender process, LSH Residential has been appointed on a five-year term by both Broadway Living Ltd and its subsidiary Broadway Living Registered Provider. LSH Residential will take on the full range of management responsibilities, including property maintenance, regulatory compliance, financial management, resident relations and all operational aspects of the portfolio.
Paul Noble, managing director of LSH Residential, said:
“This partnership is a step forward in expanding our reach and further solidifying our reputation as leaders in holistic, people-focused property management. Our goal is to relieve the burden of property management from our Registered Provider partners, allowing them to realise their growth potential while we handle day-to-day operations, based on the local expertise and deep personal relationships that our clients expect. We look forward to working with Broadway’s team of talented people who share our core values of care and collaboration and complement our mission to put the health and well-being of people and communities at the heart of property management.”
Through this partnership, LSH Residential will streamline operations and improve resident satisfaction by offering proactive solutions to common challenges in property management. By taking over the full range of duties, from resident sourcing and leasing to property upkeep and regulatory compliance, the collaboration ensures that the Registered Provider can rely on a single, trusted entity to manage all aspects of their portfolio.
Paul Davies, interim managing director of Broadway Living Ltd, said:
“Following a competitive tender process, the boards of both Broadway Living and Broadway Living Registered Provider chose LSH to provide housing services to our tenants and lessees as we embark on the next phase of development. We are looking forward to working with them on the continuous improvement of our services, and to pioneering a new approach that builds on their teams’ expertise in people-first property management.”
