Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has made a senior hire to its Facilities Management team. Aaron Leye joins as Associate Director – UK Technical Services Lead and brings with him over 15 years’ experience in building services as an engineering manager, technical services manager and consultant.
He joins from Mapp, having previously held positions at Cushman & Wakefield, JLL and Savills. Aarons Project experience includes Battersea Power Station, 5 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, Marble Arch Place and The Northcliffe.

LSH’s Facilities Management team is now able to deliver specialist Mechanical & Electrical and Vertical Transportation advice to all sectors. With experience of working with mechanical and electrical building services at all stages, the team is uniquely qualified to assist clients in improving their building environments. The team’s objective is to support clients and their occupiers thrive through delivering safe and complaint environments.
