Lambert Smith Hampton has successfully represented Summit Real Estate SA in the acquisition of 4100 Hurricane Road, Gloucester, a grade A industrial asset of 190,000 sq ft that is let to GE Aviation (t/a Dowty) for the next 11 years. The vendor was advised by CBRE.
