Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has made four new appointments in to its Industrial and Logistics team as the firm further seeks to strengthen its market leading position across the UK while a further two new senior recruits are expected to be announced next month.
Joining LSH are Tom Wood, Emily Bowden, Ollie Westwell and Alex Eaglton as LSH look to scale up due to increased demand within the market. Tom, Emily and Ollie will join with a specific focus on the occupier advisory side of the Industrial and Logistics team.
Alex will be joining as an Associate Director and will be based out of the Birmingham office while Tom, Emily and Ollie will be based out LSH’s UK House head office in Central London.
The four new appointments come at a time where amid a global health crisis, the sector rose to the challenge magnificently and scaled new heights in 2020 and has continued to significantly grow throughout 2021. With records tumbling across the board, take-up, speculative development and investment across the sector has soared to new heights, LSH has reacted by expanding their team to best serve their clients’ needs.
James Polson, National Head of Industrial & Logistics at LSH said:

We are pleased to be able to react to the additional demands in the sector by welcoming four new members to our market leading Industrial & Logistics team with a further two new senior appointments set to be announced next month”.
“We are delighted to be able to have Tom, Emily and Ollie join the team with a focus on the occupier advisory side of the team and we firmly believe that their appointments will ensure that our clients continue to receive the best-in-class service which they have come to expect from LSH over the years”.
