James is one of the most active industrial agents in the market, having transacted 2.5 million sq ft of space in the last year alone. He rejoins LSH, following a 3 year spell at CBRE, to focus on occupier led industrial & logistics services working with a national team of over 50 surveyors including its specialist industrial capital markets team, led by Alex Carr.
LSH’s I&L division has been further strengthened by a number of recent hires including Scott Morrison and Henry King in Leeds, Rob Haigh in Nottingham, Douglas Harvey in Birmingham and Paul Quy in Milton Keynes.
James’ arrival will further enhance and accelerate LSH’s provision of holistic industrial disposal, acquisitions, development and investment advice across the range of small, mid and large box logistics nationally.
Ezra Nahome, CEO of Lambert Smith Hampton commented:
“It’s fantastic to welcome James back into the LSH fold as we target increased market share, and new recruits to reclaim our position as the leading I&L team in the industry. James is highly regarded as an I&L occupier specialist with excellent nationwide contacts. The I&L sector remains buoyant, and arguably the most dynamic, with occupier services in high demand. James and the newly expanded team will capitalise on this momentum to solidify our position as the best team in the industry.”
