Following 8 successful years covering the South East & Milton Keynes, Tom Harker, Director at LSH starts his new journey within the LSH Bristol office. Tom’s new role will be focusing on Industrial & Logistics and Business Space Advisory throughout the South West region. 

With over a decade of market experience Tom has advised a host of institutional landlord and corporate occupier clients including Picton, Swiss Life, Corum, Alchemy Asset Management and DTZ Investors. Major transactions included easyJet’s 52,000 sq ft acquisition of a new HQ in Luton and CEG’s repositioning of Norfolk & Ashton Milton Keynes totalling 130,000 sq ft.

Tom’s arrival builds on success within the South West region during 2024 including advising on Evri’s acquisition of a new 113,573 sq ft distribution unit at Central Approach Avonmouth and the current disposal of the BBC’s 3.2 acre prime city centre site in Clifton.
