Our team has acquired a 100,000 sq ft unit at the Newbridge Link Industrial Estate, near Edinburgh for Kloeckner Metals UK. The site will be used as a new state-of-the-art stockholding and processing facility.

Kloeckner Metals UK is one of the leading metal stockholders and processing suppliers in the UK, which operates in all major market sectors across the UK.

The unit has been subject to a “back to the frame” refurbishment and represents one of the largest recent industrial lettings in Scotland.
