Construction has commenced at Adanac Trade Park as Oceanic Estates continue their next phase of development with the highly prominent industrial site, adjacent to Holiday Inn and opposite the Adanac Health and Innovation campus.

Adanac Trade Park offers a range of sizes from 1,851 sq ft to 12,594 sq ft (larger sizes can be offered with amalgamation) to offer high-quality and highly prominent spaces to SME’s and trade occupiers. The scheme is visible from the M271, nearby food and beverage amenities and on a bus route.

Situated minutes from the M271 and J3 of the M27 motorway, which also leads to Southampton docks, Adanac Trade Park follows in the success of Phase I and II which has delivered 330,000 sq ft of space to a range of light industrial and R&D businesses over a 20-acre site.
