Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) emerged victorious at last month’s South Coast Property Awards. The firm scooped the prestigious ‘Industrial Consultancy of the Year (by sq ft)’ category, having transacted almost 1 million sq ft of space during the course of 2022.

The fifth annual South Coast Property Awards recognised the region’s top performers from the commercial and residential property community across 18 award categories.

Over 350 developers, agents, planners, consultants, property lawyers and dealmakers came out in force at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl to enjoy the first in-person SCPA ceremony since the Covid-19 pandemic.

This award follows clinching the ‘Agency of the Year Award’ at the South-East Property Awards in July, in which LSH’s south-coast team was recognised for completing 85 deals across the region during 2021, equating to some 1.4m sq ft of industrial and office transactions. The judges noted that LSH was particularly strong in developing job-creating schemes.

Off the back of an active 18 months, LSH has also topped EGi’s recent league table of industrial deals in Hampshire, cementing its position as the South-Coast’s most active industrial agency team.
