In response to ongoing growth throughout all UK regions, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has added a new recruit to its industrial and logistics team. Richard Flood joins the team with over a decade’s experience, both agency and client side, having worked for organisations including KLM Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield and Apple.
His mandate at LSH will cover both landlord and occupier representation, with a particular focus on London and the south-east.
James Polson, LSH’s head of industrial & logistics, said: “This is a key strategic appointment for us with a dedicated focus on the inner M25 urban logistics market. With a track record advising occupiers such as Apple alongside proven deal-making ability, Richard will bring a fresh perspective and valuable skillset to the team.”
Richard Flood added: “The opportunity to join one of the UK’s best in class agency teams was too good to pass over and I look forward to taking on this fresh challenge. As the London and suburban logistics market continues to evolve, there will be continued demand for creative solutions from both landlords and occupiers.”
LSH operates one of the UK’s largest national industrial & logistics teams and acts on behalf of clients including Marks & Spencer plc, Evri, Newlands Developments and SEGRO.
