Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has boosted its Birmingham team with the appointment of four graduate surveyors.

Adam Ramshaw, Head of Office at LSH Birmingham, said the appointment of the four young recruits demonstrated its commitment to growing the company and harnessing the talents of the next generation of surveyors.

“We are very pleased to welcome a group of incredibly talented graduates and I am looking forward to seeing how they progress,” he said.

“The commercial property sector continues to grow stronger across the Midlands, as it does nationally, and we are confident that we are well prepared to meet the demands of the market, thanks to our investment in excellent staff at all levels. We wish our four new graduate surveyors success as they embark on their careers with LSH.”

Guy Sankey, aged 22, from Albrighton, near Wolverhampton, has joined the rating team. The Oxford Brookes University graduate, who has a BSc (Hons) real estate management degree, will be working with Mark Clapham, director of rating in LSH’s Birmingham office.

Joining him is 24-year-old Raman Sharma, a keen cricketer, who won a two-year scholarship to play for Melbourne Cricket Club in Australia. The Nottingham Trent University graduate, who has a BSc (Hons) Property Finance & Investment degree, is working in LSH’s valuation team.

Alice Pritchett, who has a Master’s in real estate management from Birmingham City University, joins the property management team. The 22-year-old also has a first class honour’s degree in business management from Nottingham Trent University.

Accomplished double bass player Katie Matthews joins the valuation team after attaining a law degree at the University of Birmingham. The 25-year-old is now undertaking a part-time MSc in surveying at The College of Estate Management at the University of Reading.

“These appointments demonstrate that we are continuing to attract a very high calibre of candidate here at LSH,” added Adam.
