• We are appointed as Client Technical Advisor for the Kingston Small Sites programme; a Joint Venture between the Council and Countryside Properties to deliver c110 new homes across the Borough as part of a wider regeneration programme.
• The project comprises delivery of affordable homes on four sites ranging in scale from 15 to 45 units.
• Each scheme has specific challenges including services diversions, party wall and neighbourly matters, ground contamination and complex site logistics.
