• We were appointed as Project Manager for the design and procurement stages of five sites located in the London Borough of Newham.
• The programme comprised the delivery of c100 new homes, ranging from 10 to 26 unit schemes on various infill sites.
• Each scheme had specific challenges including services diversions, party wall and neighbourly matters, ground contamination and working adjacent to network rail assets.
• The blocks were all for affordable housing, containing a mix of apartments and houses, including some wheelchair accessible dwellings.
