• We are providing,  development management, project management, cost management and Employer's Agent services on the regeneration of the Abbey Area for the London Borough of Camden. 
• A complex, multi-phased regeneration including tenant decant and relocation, securing vacant possession and the subsequent demolition of an existing car park and the removal of pedestrian bridge across the West Coast Mainline. 
• In total over 300 affordable and sale units will be delivered, together with a new community health centre and major highways improvements. 
• Phase 1, comprising 140+ units, basement car park and energy centre was completed in February 2019, with Phase 2 the new community health centre commencing construction early in 2021 and Phase 3 to commence thereafter.
