Kersfield is a 1970’s estate located in a residential area, south of Putney High Street. The site consists of three four storey blocks fronting Lytton Grove. The site was identified by the London Borough of Wandsworth for infill development. The latest scheme proposal retains the existing buildings with the addition of seven new blocks (lateral extensions) containing 41 mixed tenure units.
