The Challenge
- Acting on behalf of London Borough of Camden, we were instructed to dispose of the freehold interest with full vacant possession following an abortive deal on a conditional sale.
Our Solution
- The property was launched to market for offers in excess of £11m following an architect’s feasibility study and market-facing planning advice from our in-house Planning, Regeneration + Infrastructure team.
The Results
- An unconditional sale to a local landowner/developer for £17,500,000 was achieved, representing an increase of 45% on the previous offer made.
