Net Zero
With climate change identified as a top global risk, we prioritise working with our clients to reduce their net zero emissions. We recognise that each client is at a different stage of their net zero journey. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and ESG principles, we can support both owners and occupiers, to develop strategies to mitigate carbon emissions and support transition to a low carbon economy.
Our services include:
Energy and Net Zero Audits
We produce asset specific energy audit reports, which provide an overview of the current baseline of an asset, where we analyse the current energy performance of the building, benchmarking the data against the industry standards REEB and UKGBC EUI. We then conduct a full assessment of the risks and opportunities identified and set targets to achieve compliance with MEES, ESOS, SECR and ISO50001, whilst contributing to lower operating costs and providing a viable net zero roadmap to meet corporate targets.
ESG Audits
We produce asset specific ESG audit reports, which provide an overview of the current position of an asset across the ESG framework, including energy efficiency measures, waste and material use, transport, health and wellbeing, biodiversity, social value, and governance. We then assess the risks and opportunities to produce targets and make recommendations for improvement of the asset across the full scope of ESG metrics.
PV Installations
Renewable procurement is a big player in the net zero agenda, with high quality renewable electricity sources becoming essential in any net zero strategy. We have supported clients with on-site renewable energy generation through the installation of solar PV panels on a small and large scale. Through onsite renewable generation projects, we have created an income stream for owners through occupier recharges or tariffs. We can produce asset specific or portfolio-wide recommendation reports and see this process through to completion through project management and beyond.
EV Chargers
27% of the UK total carbon emissions comes from the transport sector. With a net zero goal of 2050, there has been a shift to green transport, in particular electric vehicles. With more grants and funding options available there has been an increase in demand from owners and occupiers for the installation of electric vehicle infrastructure. Our experts can guide through these different financing options and provide recommendations to ensure what is available can be fully optimised. We have supported clients in project managing this on an asset-by-asset basis, as well as creating a portfolio wide EV strategy. In addition, we can adopt existing EV chargers to ensure data is measured and assets are maintained.

Resource Use
Responsible resource use is integral to sustainable development with optimal use of resources including energy, water, waste and materials of vital importance. Through comprehensive assessments and audits, we identify opportunities for conservation and circular economy principles. By implementing zero waste solutions and sustainable procurement processes, we help owners and occupiers minimise resource consumption, decrease costs, and foster a circular economy.

Water Audits
Water stewardship is crucial for sustainable business practice, with water audits focussing on identifying opportunities for conservation and efficiency. We conduct thorough assessments of water consumption, supply systems and processes, highlighting areas where water wastage can be minimized. Our water audits are developed with guidance from the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) and provide tailored strategies for water conservation, lead detection, and water recycling, helping to achieve responsible water management practice.
Waste Audits
Our waste audits are designed to help maximise waste reduction and recycling rates. Our experienced team conducts comprehensive analyses of waste streams, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste, identifying areas for waste reduction, recycling improvement, and the implementation of circular economy principles. Our recommendations align with the standards of the BBP and Ellen MacArthur Foundation. By implementing our waste audit recommendations, clients can achieve zero waste to landfill, identify efficiencies, increase waste segregation and recycling rates, and enhance overall ESG performance.

Our team successfully delivers biophilic design projects for clients, helping create inspiring and healthy workplaces that positively impact employees and the environment.
Beehive Installations
Incorporating beehives into assets can actively contribute to the preservation and enhancement of biodiversity. We can support the entire process, from planning through to installation and maintenance. We have supported clients with the installation of beehives at their assets and used these projects to promote community engagement.
Biodiversity Net Gain
From November 2023, Mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain will be required for all TCPA and NSIP developments in England, which mandates a minimum of 10% net gain in biodiversity compared to the pre-development baseline. We have a deep understanding of these legislative requirements and can guide clients through the intricacies of achieving compliance while maximising the ecological benefits of projects.
