Acting on behalf of the UK’s largest dedicated parcel distribution business, EVRi, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has acquired XDock163 completing a hat-trick of acquisitions for EVRi, after previously acquiring two new sites at Avonmouth & Sheffield earlier in the summer. 

EVRi has taken a 5-year lease on 163,423 sq ft at XDock163. The scheme, owned by Delin Properties is strategically situated within the golden triangle. Magna Park, Lutterworth had direct entry to Junction 20 of the M1 and is the most establish cluster of logistic distribution real-estate in the UK. 

James Polson, head of industrial & logistics at LSH said: “This is the 3rd acquisition in recent months on behalf of EVRi which is shows the strength and growth of their logistics network and capabilities.”

EVRi is the UK’s biggest dedicated parcel delivery company with 20,000-plus couriers, alongside 14,000-plus ParcelShops and Lockers.
