Elise Evans, Director in I&L to Head of Fareham Office
Elise has been with LSH for 13 years. Over the years, Elise has built up a network of key clients including institutional landlords, developers, various prop cos and local authorities such as Aviva, XLB, Portsmouth City Council and IPIF who rely on her local knowledge and experience to push on rents and add value. Elise will now take on the heading up of the well establish Fareham office covering the South Coast clients and instructions. 
 
Dan Rawlings, Director to I&L Head of South East 
Dan has specialised in the I&L sector for over 11 years with 7 years at LSH. Dan covers the SE focusing on business development, implementing regional strategy and advising clients on all Industrial & Logistics matters. Current instructions include; Nursling 135 (Graftongate) Waterfront Marine Facility, Southampton (OSRL), Quest 271, Nursling (Salmon and Royal London), Redbridge and Marchwood development sites (ABP). 

Joe Skinner, Director to I&L Head of London
Joe has 12 years’ experience in the commercial property industry. Based out of our West End Central London office Joe focuses on with the M25 and Home counties. Joe advises on both acquisition and disposals, along with more strategic advice on industrial development and income generation. Several key pipeline instructions include: Bridge Southall, Inpsire at Watford Business Park, development in Watford on behalf of Watford Borough Council; Panattoni Park Reading.
