Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been crowned the region’s top commercial property agency at the South Coast Property Awards for the seventh year running.

Winners were announced at a gala event at the Hilton Southampton on 6 June, with LSH commended for client satisfaction, deal volume, innovation, professionalism, client retention and employee development.

The LSH team has transacted well over 100 occupational deals in the business space sector worth more than £25 million (excluding investment transactions) in the region over the past 12 months.

Highlights include a hat-trick of office leasing deals in 2023 at Stoneham Park in Eastleigh and close to Southampton Airport, where the scheme is now fully let. Over 72,200 sq ft of space was let at Lakeside North Harbour on behalf of Portsmouth City Council, acknowledging it as one of the best office campuses in the region.

Other key deals undertaken by LSH’s agency teams during 2023 include Radial 27 Segensworth, a 71,542 sq ft warehouse let on behalf of Urban Logistics REIT to PFSweb, and 1 Royal London Park, a 59,900 sq ft of warehouse let on behalf of Royal London Asset Management to Oriental Merchant, achieving a new headline rent and being fully let prior to completion. 

LSH’s south coast agency teams have also completed almost £200m of investment transactions across the industrial and office markets. Key deals have included: the acquisition of Lister Road Industrial Estate, Basingstoke; the sale of Hythe Marine Park, Southampton; the acquisition of Onyx House, Segensworth and the disposal of Chichester Fields Business Park.
