We have recruited Ivan Tennant as director in our Economics and Planning Policy team. Ivan joins LSH from GL Hearn where he headed up the economic planning team.

A planner and housing specialist with over 20 years’ experience, Ivan has worked with clients such as Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Blackpool City Council, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Countryside Properties and Homes England. 

Ivan has been hired to further advance our established and growing Planning, Regeneration + Infrastructure (PR+I) business, led by Dr Steven Norris and Richard O’Connell. 

Alex Roberts, head of PR+I’s Economics and Planning Policy team said:

Ivan Tennant is the latest senior appointment at LSH. Other recent hires include Nyear Yaseen who re-joined LSH as head of southern compulsory purchase services from Cushman & Wakefield; and Oliver Leeming as head of operations in Valuation from CBRE.
