The Greater London Authority (GLA) on behalf of the Mayor is undertaking a ‘call for sites’. This is part of the preparation for the next London Plan.  This ‘call’ is an opportunity for landowners, developers and anyone else interested, to identify sites that should be considered for major housing development.

This process runs from 18^th September to 30^th October 2024.

The GLA encourages you to submit any sites that you feel are suitable for future housing development. To do this please use the online portal here. This link also provides more information about the process.

This information will inform the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA). The SHLAA will help the Mayor and boroughs identify capacity for housing delivery. This will help inform housing targets set in the next London Plan.
