Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has emerged victorious from this year’s Insider Media South-East Property Awards, scooping the prestigious ‘Agency of the Year Award’.

The award comes off the back of a busy year for LSH’s south-east agency team, having undertaken some 2.1m sq ft of transactions across the industrial and office sectors. Judges noted the volume of activity, alongside an observation that LSH is particularly strong on developing job creating schemes.
