Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed a new head of development monitoring, tasked with minimising risk for developers, owners and occupiers of property. Martin Kirk joins from Hollis, where he was head of development monitoring. Sitting within the Building Consultancy department and operating nationwide, he will be supported by a team of specialists operating out of LSH’s network of UK offices.

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry Martin is skilled in cost value reconciliation, cost reporting, contract management, project monitoring and due diligence. A qualified Quantity Surveyor, he has acted on behalf of institutional landlords, private investors, prop Co’s and occupiers. He is particularly known for monitoring signature new developments in the industrial and logistics sector, including last mile schemes.
