Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have commenced a comprehensive commercial refurbishment at Hunslet Trading Estate in Leeds on behalf of a retained client.

LCM Limited have been appointed as mains contractor for the refurbishment project on the multi-let industrial estate. The refurbishment works commenced in June and are expected to practically complete in October 2020.

Lambert Smith Hampton advised the landlord on the extensive refurbishment project and are also marketing agents for the estate, alongside Gent Visick.
