We have once again shown our unrivalled knowledge of the South-East Industrial property market by securing the lease of the final available unit at Logistics City, Basingstoke to DFS. The 22,886 sq ft unit, known as Unit C, will be occupied by Sofology and used as a customer fulfilment centre.
We have advised Kier Property on all lettings at the development located at the Houndmills Industrial Estate in Basingstoke. We also advised Kier on the investment sales since the five-acre site was acquired by Kier in 2016. Our capital markets team secured the onward sale to Cabot Properties.
