Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been appointed by DTZ Investors as sole agent on its Crossweys office development in Guildford, Surrey. 

Crossweys is undergoing a major refurbishment programme to deliver c15,000 sq ft of contemporary business space which is due to complete in September 2020. 

The building will be approached through a new feature entrance and is designed to appeal to the modern office occupier. There are three bright open plan office floors with exposed services proving energy efficient heating and cooling.
