Investment management, tax and accountancy firm, Smith & Williamson, have taken a ten-year lease with a 5 year break at a rent of £33.50 per sq ft.

This transaction follows on from a letting of 55,000 sq ft in Onslow House to interactive entertainment software company Electronic Arts.
