David brings six years of experience to the role and has moved back to the area from a surveying firm in Sheffield where he specialised in lease advisory and valuations for healthcare-related properties. He previously worked in the North East as an asset manager for industrial properties across the region. Throughout his career, he has acquired broad experience in the office and retail markets as well as spending time working in South Korea.
