The move brings the North East’s largest real estate consultancy together under one roof, combining a full service practice with regional expertise.

New Bridge Street West 

Staff have relocated from LSH’s existing offices on Grey Street to combined operations at the former ES Group’s office on New Bridge Street West, close to Northumbria University, where it has been based for more than 50 years.
 
LSH has confirmed its head of office in Newcastle as Martyn Lytollis, who will be responsible for 55 staff at the single address.

Integration of teams

Martyn, who has over 30 years experience in the Newcastle market, commented: “Since the acquisition, we have been focused on ensuring a smooth integration of the two teams.
