The work will cover agency, valuation, due diligence and property management. The contract will be managed out of the Manchester office, following a previous four year appointment on development projects across the UK.
The national framework has previously seen LSH advising on projects such as Get Britain Building, Local Infrastructure Fund and Custom Build projects throughout the UK.
Adam Mirley, Director of Planning and Development, said: “This is another major success for the public sector and Planning and Development teams. This win will build on the growth of our consultancy offering, which is an important strategic priority for Lambert Smith Hampton.”
“We look forward to a growing relationship with the HCA and other public sector bodies that use the framework, delivering high quality work on major national initiatives.”
Deborah Vogwell, Frameworks Manager at the Homes and Communities Agency, said: “The team at LSH has delivered a high standard of work on key projects for the HCA during the last term of the framework and we are pleased we can continue to work with LSH for the next four years.”
