LSH welcomes new head of corporate advisory

National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has further strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Jonathan King as head of corporate advisory.

Jonathan joins LSH from Capita Property and infrastructure, where he led the company’s Corporate Services division.

Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience of providing strategic property advice to corporate occupiers and leading high street retailers. His clients have included Sainsbury’s, Royal Bank of Scotland, National Grid, Royal Mail, McDonalds and Bupa.

Jonathan is the fifth Director to join LSH this year, following the arrival of Michael Flanagan from London Legacy Development Corporation, Laira Roberts from Jones Lang LaSalle, James Polson from Cushman & Wakefield and Paul Fitch from Affinity Commercial LLP.
