Our Sheffield has expanded its Property Management team with the appointments of Roisin Rooney and Liam Knaggs.

Roisin joins as a graduate from Sheffield Hallam, where she achieved a First Class Honours BSc in Real Estate. Liam has moved over from LSH’s Leeds office to support the team with its increasing workload.

Katy Brindley, Associate Director and head of the Property Management team, said: “Our complete Property Management offering is unique in Sheffield and our client portfolio has grown substantially over the first half of the year. We are very pleased to have Liam permanently on board to support the team and to expand our client base further.

“We strongly believe in nurturing our own talent and are really pleased to be able to take on a graduate. I’m sure that Roisin will learn a great deal with us and we wish her a long and successful career at LSH.”

The Property Management team at LSH offers a range of services, including commercial property management, facilities management, health and safety risk mitigation, service charge auditing and utilities procurement. Its clients include Harworth Estates, Mapeley and Henderson UK Property Fund.
