Sean Brew has been appointed to head our national Property and Asset Management service.

Sean joins us from DTZ where he was a Senior Director, heading up UK Portfolio Asset Management.

Brew to head 160-strong property management team

LSH's Property and Asset Management service is supported by a 160-strong team situated across the UK and Ireland. We manage a portfolio of over 7,500 properties, with 20,000 tenants with a total rent roll of £520m collected annually. The team has recently won a number of new mandates from institutional clients including Henderson Global Investors, Mayfair Capital Investment Management and Rockspring Property Investment Managers.
