- Flat pack buildings weigh approx. 1,000kg each (approx. 1 ton).
- Unused, purchased direct from factory in 2024.
Container:
- 1No. High Cube 40ft ISO shipping container (2024)
- Client will remove flat packs from container
- Client will load to vehicles for a fee to be agreed with purchaser
Bids invited for the following options:
1. Sale of the units as individual lots flat packed *** (Buyer to offer on quantity required –11No. available therefore bids for 1No– 11No) ***
2. Sale of all 11No. units in one lot including 40’ High Cube ISO shipping container they are stored in flat packed
3. Sale of all 11No. units in one lot flat packed without the 40’ High Cube ISO shipping container
All assets are sold as seen, without warranty and remain the property of the vendor until cleared funds are received in full - Viewing is strongly recommended
