This small but complex development is in the middle of an existing estate, in close proximity to currently occupied homes. It comprises of 21 new homes divided in two cores and of sizes of 1 bed and 2 beds. The tenures are to provide support housing for residents with physical and learning disabilities (PLD) and housing to local residents. The first core serves the affordable homes while the second one serves the PLD homes. Additionally, this development also has the ability to be re-designed and modified to provide wheelchair accessible homes in the future.
