The Major Projects and Cost Consultancy Team were instructed in the roles of Project Manager, Employers Agent, Contract Administrators and Cost Consultant for the design and production of a high end retail unit on London’s Regents Street.

The store was split over 3 levels, housing display and retail areas, a mezzanine design suite, a working demonstration kitchen as well as back of house offices and staff areas. A number of problems were experienced with the shell and core of the unit during the course of the design and building phases of the project.

LSH worked with the Landlords agents and the client to resolve these problems and deliver the project as a whole on time and on budget.
