The clients challenge

• We were instructed by The Executive Office to provide strategic property advice in relation to the regeneration of Ebrington Square, a former Army Barracks and iconic 26 acre site set on the banks of the River Foyle, overlooking Derry~Londonderry city centre.

The LSH solution

• We assisted the client in meeting their regeneration objectives to see the site developed in line with the Ebrington Development Framework, a master plan document for the development of the site.
• 5 separate phases of marketing has been carried out over the past 4 years on both buildings and development land opportunities on the site.

Results achieved

• Market testing has successfully attracted a diverse range of new occupiers and investment to Ebrington, assisting in the client’s regeneration objective of achieving long term social and economic benefits to the area.
