We advised Rochdale Borough Council on the acquisition of Central Retail Park, a 70,000 sq ft park that lies next to the town’s railway station. Rochdale acquired the park which is currently let to Argos, Halfords, Matalan, and Poundstretcher with potential for residential development on part of the site. The deal price was £13.2 million.
