The challenge

Freeds Developments was purchasing a vacant office building in North London with a view to gaining planning permission to convert it into nine flats.  It wanted to raise as much debt as possible to fund this purchase.

How did we help?

We raised the finance in time for the purchase. This had to be done through a senior lender as well as completing a second loan from a mezzanine lender.  We managed the process with both lenders to ensure completion was met.
