Acting on behalf of Arjo Huntleigh, we have acquired a 39,600 sq ft headquarters’ at Houghton Hall Office Park, Dunstable.

Arjo Huntleigh, a major supplier of hospital beds to the NHS and healthcare sector, was looking for a new headquarters’ near their existing production facility in Luton.

Negotiations secured entire premises

We identified Gainsborough, at Houghton Hall Office Park, although at the time it was part let to another tenant.

The tenant in occupation was looking to exercise a break clause and downsize. We made them aware of smaller alternative premises which we subsequently let to them thereby securing vacant possession of the entire premises for Arjo Huntleigh.

Maximising value

Our negotiations secured a competitive rent level and substantial incentive package, providing Arjo Huntleigh with a modern refurbished building, in close proximity to their production facility, at an economic rent.
