Our London Valuation team has recently made a senior hire to bolster service growth. Matthew Rothery joins as a Director within LSH’s London Valuation Residential team and will work across London and the wider South East region of England.
Matthew joins us from Savills, where he spent nearly a decade in the South East development team, prior to which, he held a Senior Position at Strutt & Parker. His wealth of experience includes residential and development agency, development consultancy as well as residential, portfolio, development and mixed-use valuation. Matthew’s agency experience involved the sale of prominent development sites such as the Station Plaza in Hastings, St Piers Lane in Lingfield and The Old Police Station in Gravesend, as well as providing loan security and consultancy advice to leading banks such as Coutts /RBS, Arbuthnot Latham, NatWest, Cynergy Bank and Handelsbanken amongst others.
Matthew will be responsible for providing residential development valuation and consultancy advice to their clients with a specific focus on business development and relationship management with existing and future clients.
