North Quay represents an exciting waterfront development opportunity in Great Yarmouth. The circa 10 acre (4 hectare) site will be an integral part of the transformation of the town and will form a new gateway linking the rail station to the historic market place.

The appointed Master Developer will be responsible for designing a scheme for the mixed-use regeneration of North Quay, and for progressing key activities associated with the successful delivery of a scheme at the site.
