John previously spent five years at Sanderson Weatherall LLP in central Birmingham, specialising in secured lending and asset valuations.  His client base includes Lloyds Banking Group, RBS and Birmingham City Council.

In his new role, John will continue to focus on secured lending valuations across diverse asset classes, leveraging his expertise to complement the work undertaken by the existing team of nine professional staff.  With a proven track record and deep understanding of both commercial and local authority sectors, he is well-positioned to make valuable contributions to the team's success.
