Our Leeds team has recently welcomed a new wave of talent with the addition of three new graduate and placement surveyors. Their appointment supports the firm’s actions to expand its regional and divisional expertise, bringing a fresh perspective, unique skills, and a passion for the property industry.
Grace King joins the firm as part of her BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and Property Management at Leeds Beckett University.
As a placement student in LSH’s Office Advisory team, Grace is actively involved with leasing and letting commercial properties; her work includes negotiating heads of terms, advising clients on maximising asset value, and finding the perfect spaces for businesses to meet their needs.
Lila Tiwana is a recent first-class honours graduate in Property Finance and Investment (BSc) from Nottingham Trent University, joining as part of LSH’s Asset Advisory team.
She previously completed her placement year with Knight Frank within its Valuation team in Manchester. Now focusing on property sales and the valuation of distressed assets, Lila collaborates with restructuring professionals and banks. In addition to this, Lila has become a vital member of the property auction department, with several successful sales to her credit already.
Hannah Ketteringham is currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate at Northumbria University and has joined as a placement student in the Valuation and Lease Advisory teams.
Her day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as producing valuation reports across retail, industrial, residential developments and office sectors.
Richard Corby, Head of Office at Lambert Smith Hampton in Leeds, said: "We’re delighted to welcome Grace, Lila, and Hannah to our Leeds team. Their enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and immediate impact are a testament to the value of investing in the next generation of property professionals and I’m eager to see their careers develop with us.”
