Our Land & Development team provided acquisition services by sourcing and introducing the former Johnsons Headquarters site to United Living New Homes. This site was later transacted between Ascot Group (Johnson Stanley) and Plus Dane Housing (Registered Provider). United Living New Homes acted as the Developer and Main Contractor for 104 units of affordable housing, with grant support from Homes England and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. After years of dereliction, this exciting project will now move forward to meet the housing needs of the local community.
