We are delighted to announce the appointment of James Williams and John Coggins as directors within their expanding valuations team. Both will be based in Cardiff and join from Avison Young. James brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial valuations including public sector, asset valuations and loan security. John joins after seven years at Avison Young and will focus on Leisure and Licensed Leisure valuations.
