Global yoghurt brand, Yoplait, has selected Spelthorne’s Charter Building in Uxbridge for its new UK headquarters. Our office advisory team were instructed by Yoplait to search for a new head-office premises in 2022.

Yoplait has committed to 3,863 sq ft of space on a 10-year lease at the Charter Building. Other occupiers at The Charter building include Regeneron, coffee giant Lavazza, tech firm TraceLink, tech start-up Jazz Networks, Intellian, Tempur, UBC and workspace provider Spaces.

Jay Moore, associate director at LSH, said: “Following an extensive search, the Charter building emerged as a clear winner offering both a strategically convenient location and a unique event-led and collaborative culture.”

Nick Wishman Managing Director of Yoplait added: “Having established a new direction for our brand culture and identity, we were keen to find a new base that offers inspiration and wellbeing. The Charter Building firmly ticks these boxes and we look forward to a new chapter in this new location.”
